Interested in participating in a research study?

We regularly recruit adults ages 18-80 years old to participate in our studies. Some studies are especially interested in student populations and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Some studies require you to completes surveys or perform tasks on a computer in the lab. Some studies may also require you to wear headphones so that we can play sounds and/or an EEG cap so that we can record your brain's electrical activity while you perform tasks. If you have interest in participating in a study with us, please fill out the survey linked here and someone will be in touch when we have a study available that you are eligible for.

Interested in joining our research team?

Research assistants help with all parts of the research process, from designing new studies to collecting data to presenting and publishing our findings. We welcome applications for research assistant positions from highly motivated individuals with background or interest in psychology, neuroscience, computer science or applied statistics. Research assistant positions are typically volunteer, non-paid positions. Eligible students currently enrolled at KSU may have the option to receive course credit towards their degree for working in the lab. If you have interest in being considered for a research assistant position, please fill out the form linked here. Dr. Justus will review applications and reach out as positions become available on the current  lab team.
